Registration Forms and the completed Question Paper are to be submitted no later than 31st May 2015. Late entries will not be considered. Contestants proceeding to the Second Round of assessments will be contacted telephonically.
The Second Round will take place in August 2015.
Finalists will compete in October 2015 at a venue to be announced.
The winner of The Bollinger Exceptional Wine Service Award will be announced at an exclusive Champagne event in November 2015.
